Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By registering or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Service Terms

• Assignment Work: We provide handwritten and MS Word typed assignments as per your selected package.
• Plagiarism: All work is original and done specifically for you. Re-selling or submitting our work as your own is your responsibility.
• Deadlines: We deliver work within the agreed timeframe. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify you immediately.

Payment Terms

• Fees: Package fees must be paid in full before work begins (50% advance for large projects).
• Payment Methods: JazzCash (0346 7692844 – Abdullah Younis) or EasyPaisa (0344 2316061 – M Aslam).
• Confirmation: Send payment screenshot via WhatsApp for confirmation.

Prohibited Uses

• You may not use our work for illegal purposes or submit it where prohibited.
• You may not share our completed work with others without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Bismillah Assignments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Refund Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you’re not happy with our work, here’s our refund policy:

Eligibility for Refund

• Before Work Starts: Full refund if you cancel within 2 hours of payment.
• Dissatisfaction: If work doesn’t meet requirements, we offer 1 free revision. If still unsatisfied, 50% refund.
• Non-Delivery: 100% refund if we fail to deliver within agreed timeframe (excluding delays caused by client).

Non-Refundable Cases

• Work completed and delivered according to instructions.
• Change of mind after work has started (no refund).
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
• Plagiarism claims without proof (we provide originality reports).

Refund Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Explain the issue clearly with evidence.
3. We’ll review and respond within 24 hours.
4. Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days via same payment method.

Delivery Policy

We understand the importance of deadlines. Here’s how we handle delivery of your assignments:

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
• Express Delivery: Within 12 hours (additional charges may apply).
• Bulk Orders: Delivery time agreed upon during registration.

Delivery Method

• Completed assignments are sent via WhatsApp (PDF/images) or email as per your preference.
• Handwritten work: Clear photos or scanned PDF.
• Typed work: MS Word (.docx) or PDF format.

Quality Assurance

• All work is checked for quality before delivery.
• You’ll receive a preview for approval (for handwritten work).
• Minor revisions are free within 24 hours of delivery.

Late Delivery

If we’re unable to meet the deadline:

• We’ll notify you immediately with a new estimated time.
• 10% discount on next order as compensation.
• Full refund if delay exceeds 24 hours beyond agreed time (at your discretion).
